Product Summary
The RZ family of microprocessors is a 32/64-bit MPU equipped with Arm® Corex®-R and Cortex®-A cores.
This is the highest-end lineup of Renesas microcontrollers, and offers a wide range of high-performance solutions, including a Linux OS, 10MB of built-in RAM, and a product with an AI accelerator called DRP-AI that specializes in image recognition.

The RZ family is available in five series to suit different applications. The features are as follows:
