Product Summary
The RZ family of microprocessors is a 32/64-bit MPU equipped with Arm® Corex®-R and Cortex®-A cores.
This is the highest-end lineup of Renesas microcontrollers, and offers a wide range of high-performance solutions, including a Linux OS, 10MB of built-in RAM, and a product with an AI accelerator called DRP-AI that specializes in image recognition.
Features
The RZ family is available in five series to suit different applications. The features are as follows:
・Develop products to meet customer needs with a wide range of product lineups
- The A, G, and V series are specialized for HMI functions, while the T and N series are specialized for controlling industrial equipment.
・Leveraging the integration power of the Arm core, we will develop a comprehensive ecosystem in collaboration with partner companies.

・We provide functional safety solutions for the T and N series for industrial use.
