Renesas RA microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs featuring Arm® Cortex®-M33, M23, M4, or M85 cores.

With strong embedded security, excellent CoreMark® performance and ultra-low power operation, it has significant advantages over other compatible Arm Cortex-M based MCUs. It is PSA certified, providing the confidence and assurance that customers can quickly realize secure IoT endpoints, edge devices and smart factories for Industry 4.0.

Since the RA Family was announced in October 2019, cumulative shipments have exceeded 200 million units.
