Product Summary

The RL78/F23 microcontroller inherits the low power consumption and peripheral functions of the RL78/F1x series, but is equipped with a 12-bit ADC and an accelerator for BLDC motor control (AAU), making it ideal for realizing next-generation smart actuators and sensors and low-end body ECUs that require higher functionality and higher reliability. Compared to the RL78/F1x series, which aims to cover a wide range of areas, the RL78/F23 aims to cover future market requirements. With improved CPU performance, high temperature performance, and an enhanced peripheral function set, the RL78/F23 can be used for a variety of purposes.

It is also pin-compatible with RL78/F13 and F14, allowing seamless system expansion.
