Overview of RZ/V2M

RZ/V2M is a product for vision AI that realizes real-time human and object recognition in embedded devices, equipped with Renesas' proprietary AI accelerator "DRP-AI" and a 4K compatible image signal processor (ISP). .

 

The high power efficiency of "DRP-AI" enables high-speed AI processing with low power consumption, which is essential for embedded devices. "DRP-AI" has 3.6 times the power efficiency compared to GPU. Also, since a heat sink is not required, a reduction in BOM cost can be expected.
