Product Summary
The TinySwitch family of AC-DC flyback converters integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET and an ON/OFF flyback power controller into a single 7-pin SO or PDIP package. Ideal for small open frame offline power supplies or power adapters up to 25W, TinySwitch provides high energy efficiency at no load and light load with fast response. TinySwitch external circuitry is easy to design, and the system is relatively insensitive to component tolerances caused by manufacturing variations, aging, and operating temperature.
