New design with long creepage package delivers InnoSwitch™3-AQ flyback IC performance

Power Integrations announced five new reference designs for 800V automotive applications based on its 1700V InnoSwitch™ 3-AQ flyback switching IC on May 6, 2025. Power levels range from 16W to 120W and utilize both wire-wound and low-profile planar transformers, targeting automotive applications such as DC-DC bus conversion, inverter emergency power, battery management and auxiliary system power supplies.
