The 1700V GaN InnoMux-2 IC delivers up to 70W of power to three precisely regulated power supplies with over 90% efficiency from a DC 1000V input

Power Integrations today announced the latest addition to its InnoMux™-2 family of single-converter, multi-output, independently controllable, offline power supply ICs. The new devices feature the industry's first 1700V gallium nitride switches manufactured using Power Integrations' proprietary PowiGaN™ technology. The 1700V rating advances the state of the art in GaN power devices, already established in Power Integrations' own 900V and 1250V devices introduced in 2023.
