PS8778

A bidirectional 4-lane linear redriver that reconditions USB and DP signals, compliant with USB4, USB3.2 and DP.a. Supports USB4 Gen3 speeds up to 20Gbps per lane and DP UHBR20, ensuring high-speed signal quality for USB-C topologies. Applies to both host and device sides, including USB-C active cables, with signal compensation adjustable via I2C for its operating mode, EQ and DC gain. Supports lane and P/N polarity swapping, low power consumption and full power management for USB4, USB3.2 and DP.a links.

It detects sideband signals from DP mode (AUX) and Thunderbolt3/USB4 mode (SBTX/RX) to optimize configuration and power saving modes. It operates from a 1.8V power supply and is housed in a compact QFN package. It also features an automatic power saving mode, which goes into low power mode when the channel is idle and resumes normal functionality when a signal is detected.

PS8780

The PS8780 is a bidirectional 4-lane linear redriver that compensates for USB and DP signals, and is compliant with USB4v2, USB4, USB 3.2, and DP2.1a specifications. It supports data rates up to 40Gbps for USB4 Gen4 and UHBR20 per lane for DP, ensuring high-speed signal quality in USB-C topologies. It can be used on both the host and device sides, including USB-C active cables, and its operating mode, EQ, and DC gain can be configured via I²C to optimize signal compensation.

The PS8780 supports lane and P/N polarity swapping, operates at low power consumption, and fully supports link power management for USB4, USB 3.2, and DP2.1a. The chip detects sideband signals (AUX) in DP mode and signals (SBTX/RX) in Thunderbolt5/USB4v2 mode to optimize configuration and power-saving modes. It operates on a 1.8V power supply and is housed in a compact QFN package. Additionally, the PS8780 features automatic power-saving modes, entering low-power mode when a channel is idle and waking up to normal operation when a signal is detected.

PS9010

A highly integrated USB4 dock controller designed to manage data and video across multiple protocols. It supports USB4, Thunderbolt3 (TBT3), USB3.2, DisplayPort 2.1 and PCIe tunneling, making it suitable for a variety of high-speed peripheral applications.
