Overview
The LX7710 has eight series-connected diode pairs with redundancy to withstand one short circuit, ensuring reliability in harsh space environments. The diodes inside the IC are protected against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and have a breakdown voltage greater than 125 V and can carry up to 700 mA of continuous current.
The LX7710 is designed for power supply OR-ing, redundant power supplies, aerospace satellite manufacturing, and military power electronics control applications.

• Guaranteed breakdown voltage of 125 V or more even if one of the diodes in the string is shorted (redundancy)
• 700 mA current capability per diode
• Low leakage current
• ESD protection
• Radiation resistance: TID >100 krad (Si), SEL tolerance: >87 MeV cm2/mg
• Temperature range: −55 to +125 °C
• 20-pin ceramic SOIC (formed leads)
• QML Certified (SMD 5962-1621001)
