AAHS298B: Radiation Hardened 8-Channel Source Driver

Overview

With eight non-inverting channels, the AAHS298B source driver allows you to drive loads (e.g. relays, stepper motors, servo motors, solenoids) from logic systems (TTL levels, 5 V, 12 V). Each output can deliver 700 mA with a withstand voltage of 50 V over the full military operating range, allowing for the development of more compact solutions. The product has thermal shutdown protection against overcurrent and soft-start.
