SAMC21 is a 32bit MCU provided by Microchip. It can be used in a wide range of applications, from industrial to automotive.
It is an inexpensive entry-level 32-bit MCU, uses an Arm Cortex-M0+ core, and has a full set of peripherals.

Characteristic function
SERCOM
A peripheral that can be used by switching between I2C/SPI/UART.
For example, you need a lot of SPI, but you don't need I2C/UART.
Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC)
It has an electrostatic touch sensor. You can use it from touch button to 2D such as touch panel. Unique features also provide resistance to noise and water droplets.
As for the detection method, both self-capacitance and mutual-capacitance methods can be supported.
Automotive/functional safety support
We have prepared AEC-Q100, FMEDA, and Functional Safety Manual for functional safety.
CAN FD
It supports CAN FD, an in-vehicle communication standard.
ISELED
Compatible with the automotive LED standard ISELED.
