Intel® Stratix® Series FPGAs & SoCs

Combining high density, high performance, and a rich feature set, Intel Stratix series FPGAs and SoCs enable you to integrate more functions and maximize system bandwidth, resulting in high-performance and cutting-edge Get products to market faster and with less risk.

Intel Stratix Series Features

The Intel Stratix series has a large circuit scale and high speed among Intel FPGAs.
The Stratix 10 currently in production has the following features:

  • Adopts Intel's revolutionary 14nm 3D Tri-Gate transistor technology
  • Up to 2x core performance compared to traditional high-end FPGAs
  • Over 10 TFLOPS single-precision floating-point DSP performance
  • Transceivers up to 56 Gbps
  • Supports DDR4 @ 3,200 Mbps

Intel Stratix Series History

The Stratix series releases new device families every few years.

In general, newer products have higher performance, lower power consumption, and lower unit prices for the same circuit size, but conversely older products have more pins for the same size.
