Automotive IGBT Discrete Product Overview

Infineon offers a lineup of AEC-Q101 certified automotive IGBTs ranging from 600 to 750V and up to 200A.

Specifically designed for hybrid and electric vehicles, our IGBTs and Diodes are optimized to provide optimal performance for applications ranging from low to ultra-high switching frequencies. Available in high performance packages from D2PAK and TO-247 to Super-TO-220 and Super-TO-247, we offer the right packaging solution to meet higher current handling and creepage requirements and deliver benchmark level performance.
