​Infineon offers a portfolio of 750V / 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET power modules that can be considered for a wide range of applications in hybrid and electric vehicles, such as traction inverters, on-board chargers, auxiliary inverters, HV/LV DC-DC converters, fuel cell air compressors and DC-DC boosters.

The six-pack is the HybridPACK™ Drive and the half-bridge is the EasyPACK™ 1B, both of which are extremely compact and​ ​easy-to-assemble modules that use PressFIT contact technology for solderless mounting.
