Infineon 's CoolSiC™ SiC MOSFETs are built on state-of-the-art trench technology and are optimized to provide low losses and high operational reliability in your application. The discrete automotive SiC MOSFET products are available in 750V and 1200V voltage ranges.

Infineon has released a series of designs based on the 5th generation Schottky diodes, specifically tailored to the automotive industry's stringent requirements in terms of reliability, quality and performance.
The new passivation concept also makes it the most robust on the market in terms of moisture and corrosion resistance, and thanks to the extremely thin 110μm wafer technology it offers the best figure of merit (Qc x Vf) in its category.
Our lineup of automotive products includes 1200V withstand voltage products, which can be considered primarily for applications such as traction inverters, boosters, DCDC converters, and on-board chargers.
