Based on the latest micro-patterned trench technology, 1200VTRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7and EC7 diodes significantly reduce losses and provide a high level of controllability.

EconoDUAL™ 3

The EconoDUAL™ 3modules feature the latestTRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7generation, extending the 1200V product line from 600A to 900A. Combined with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology, it offers significantly lower losses, a high level of controllability and soft switching, and a high short-circuit capability. Combined with a maximum overload operating temperature of 175°C, it delivers high efficiency and power density, enabling system simplification and cost reduction.

EiceDRIVER™ X3

NOR flash

NOR Flashis the memory of choice for code storage in embedded systems due to its fast random read performance.

Non-volatile RAM products such as F-RAM and nvSRAM combine the high performance of RAM with non-volatile data storage. These RoHS-compliant memories offer high endurance, 10+ year data retention at 85°C, and instant non-volatility without external battery backup, enabling system reliability and cost savings.

MoBL ®asynchronous SRAMs with on-chip ECC are suitable for industrial systems requiring the highest levels of reliability and performance. In battery backup systems, these SRAMs extend battery life with best-in-class standby current of 6.5μA (@85°C) for an 8Mbit SRAM.
