Product Summary

The 2EDL8x2x are high-side and low-side drivers designed for advanced switching converters such as those used in telecom and datacom applications. To enhance noise immunity, the 2EDL802x uses independent inputs with built-in hysteresis, while the 2EDL812x uses differential inputs with built-in hysteresis. The inherent shoot-through protection feature of the 2EDL812x ensures system robustness. Delay matching up to 6ns ensures volt-second balance and avoids magnetic core saturation.
