Gate driver product overview
EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs offer isolated gate driver and level shifting gate driver options. Infineon offers 1- and 2-channel galvanically isolated gate driver ICs with advanced protection features such as desaturation detection and active Miller clamping. These gate drivers are UL and VDE certified and are ideal for driving SiC MOSFETs and GaN HEMTs.
