OptiMOS™ SC (Super Cool) is Infineon's new range of medium-voltage MOSFETs based on the latest OptiMOS™5 technology in a double-sided thermal SuperSO8 package. The clip exposed on the package improves heat dissipation, enabling designs with the highest power density and efficiency. This family is available in 60V and 100V.
