Infineon's OptiMOS™ PD low voltage MOSFET portfolio is ideal for USB power delivery and fast charger designs, supporting short lead times and fast quote response times in certain devices. OptiMOS™ PD power MOSFETs in PQFN 3.3x3.3 and SuperSO8 packages are optimized for synchronous rectification in charger and adapter SMPS applications. A smaller package size means a smaller form factor.
