EasyPACK™ 3B 950V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 and 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET Diode - FS3L400R10W3S7F_B11

The FS3L400R10W3S7F_B11 is a new addition to the EasyPACK™ power module product line. Booster circuit with 950 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 and 1200 V CoolSiC™ Schottky diode. Combined with SiC diodes, it reduces IGBT switching loss. The module has 3 MPPTs and a 1500 V DC boost stage with a maximum input current of 45 A per MPPT. Proven PressFIT pin technology enables easy solderless mounting. In addition, the EasyPACK™ series has a uniform package height of 12 mm, making it easy to upgrade and expand to other Easy products.

EasyPACK™ 2B IGBT module and EasyBRIDGE 2200 V rectifier module

The EasyPACK™ 2B IGBT module and the EasyBRIDGE rectifier module are extensions of the existing Easy product line. The EasyPACK™ 2B contains an IGBT4 and an Emitter-controlled 4 diode. It is the first 1700 V module in the Easy package with a rated current of 75 A. The EasyBRIDGE rectifier module with 2.2 kV rectifier diodes is housed in the Easy 1B package. Both modules are pre-applied with thermal interface material (TIM). This eliminates the need for customers to handle thermal grease in the production process, enabling a high level of automation. In addition, the Easy package has no baseplate and fast, solderless assembly thanks to the proven PressFIT technology, making it ideal for 1700 V applications.

6ED2742S01Q - 160 V MOTIX™ Three Phase Gate Driver with Power Management Unit (PMU), Current Sense Amplifier (CSA) and Over Current Protection (ITRIP)

The MOTIX™ 6ED2742S01Q is a 160 V SOI gate driver designed for three-phase BLDC motor drive applications. An internal bootstrap diode powers three external high-side bootstrap capacitors, and a trickle charge pump supports 100% duty-cycle operation. Protection features include undervoltage protection, configurable threshold overcurrent protection, fault communication, and automatic fault clearing. The output drivers contain high pulse current buffer stages designed to minimize driver cross-conduction. A current sense operational amplifier (CSA) with selectable gain is integrated between VSS and COM. The driver supports a wide range of battery voltages as a simple, easy-to-use, scalable, robust and cost-effective one-stop solution for a variety of battery-powered applications such as power tools, robotics, and LEVs.

IMI111T - iMOTION™ Intelligent Power Module (IPM) with Microcontroller, Gate Driver and IGBT

The iMOTION™ IPM offers a motor controller, three-phase gate driver, and 600V/2A and 600V/4A IGBTs in a DSO-22 package. The heatsink-free IMI111T device supports motor control in fan applications with output currents of 50 W/70 W and DC blocking voltages up to 600 V. Higher power ratings are possible depending on the system setup.
It uses the field-proven Infineon Motion Control Engine (MCE) to implement highly efficient Field Oriented Control (FOC) in a sensorless motor inverter. Out-of-the-box motion control engine with no-code motor control and integrated scripting engine accelerates time to market with Solution Designer, a software tool that is easy to configure and tune. It will come true.

Hydrogen Power Disc: T3841N18TOF and T2481N28TOF

Phase Control Thyristors 1800 V / 2800 V, 4040 A / 2720 A are highly reliable, robust and airtight, sealed in a ceramic package with a diameter of 120 mm and a height of 26 mm. For hydrogen applications, the PowerDisk is specifically optimized for applications such as high current rectifiers in water electrolysis processes and can be protected with standard fuse designs.

OPTIGA™ TPM SLB 9672 RPI Evaluation Board

The OPTIGA™ TPM SLB 9672 RPI Evaluation Board is an evaluation board for the Raspberry Pi platform that allows developers to quickly and easily get started with the Infineon OPTIGA™ TPM SLB 9672. The board is provided as a Raspberry Pi HAT (Hardware Attached on Top) that complies with the rules defined by the Raspberry Pi Foundation. This add-on allows users to easily connect the board to any Raspberry Pi board with 40-pin GPIO.
For easy board evaluation and integration, Infineon also offers the OPTIGA™ TPM Explorer. This is a GUI-based software tool that allows designers to explore the features and use cases of the OPTIGA™ TPM SLB9672 without in-depth product knowledge. Additionally, you can download ready-to-use sample code from GitHub.
