2300 V half-bridge and 1200 V common-collector IGBT module with PrimePACK™ TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7

The new 2300 V PrimePACK™ IGBT modules follow the trend of 1500 V DC central solar inverter design. It features high cosmic ray robustness in this operating voltage class and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C at overload to support failure modes such as LVRT. Additionally, the module offers higher power density compared to IGBT4 solutions, lowering the cost per watt at the system level.
Combined with a 1200 V common-collector IGBT module, it enables the NPC2 topology with lower stray inductance, faster switching and 37% higher power in the same footprint compared to the 1200 V NPC1 topology.

MERUS™ Multilevel Class D Audio Amplifier IC MA2304DNS / MA2304PNS

The MA2304DNS and MA2304PNS are a family of 2 × 37W audio amplifier ICs featuring MERUS multi-level switching amplifier technology, offering unmatched power efficiency from low to high power. Multi-level switching mitigates EMI and enables inductor-less applications at low cost. A high-order internal feedback loop ensures low THD and high PSRR, resulting in excellent audio performance.

OptiMOS™ 5 Power MOSFET 150 V, TOLG package

TOLG is a new package addition to the TOLx family that offers better thermal cycling on board (TCoB) performance. This package has the same high current and low profile features as TO-Leadless (TOLL). TOLG is compatible with TO-leadless footprints and features gull-wing leads with high temperature cycling capability.

OptiMOS™ 5 Power MOSFET 80V/100V/150V, TOLT package

Infineon's new 80 V / 100 V / 150 V OptiMOS™ TOLT is a new top-side cooling package that delivers excellent thermal performance. Infineon's OptiMOS™ power MOSFET family has expanded its high-performance package offering with the addition of a TO-lead top-side cooled (TOLT) package. The TOLT package offers the same high current, low profile benefits as the TOLL package.
The TOLT package offers the same high current and low profile benefits as the TOLL package, plus topside cooling for optimal thermal performance.

StrongIRFET™ 2 Power MOSFET

The new 60 V StrongIRFET™ 2 power MOSFET is Infineon's latest generation MOSFET technology for a wide range of applications, suitable for both slow and fast switching frequencies. This new family complements the well-established StrongIRFET™ MOSFETs and offers higher performance options.

EVAL-M1-IM241 -Evaluation board for motor drive applications up to 500W

EVAL-M1-IM241 is an evaluation board developed to support the first steps of application design using the IM241 series CIPOS™ Micro IPM. Combined with a control board with an M1 20-pin interface connector such as the EVAL-M1-101T, it provides a complete system for testing CIPOS™ Micro IPM technology in motor drives.
The IM241-L6T2B CIPOS™ Micro IPM is rated at 600 V voltage and 6 A current. Optimized for small appliances such as pumps and fans, and other low-power motor-driven applications.

EVAL-M1-IM323 - Evaluation board for motor drive applications up to 1500W

The evaluation board EVAL-M1-IM323 is a board developed to support the first step of application design such as three-phase motor control and variable speed motor drive for major home appliances such as air conditioners, pumps and fans using IM323 series of CIPOS™ IPM.

MOTIX™ Motor Bench

The MOTIX™ Motor Bench, a portable package, can be combined with a corresponding evaluation board and reference design for motor control software development to evaluate BLDC motor control. The MOTIX™ motorbench can be used in conjunction with Infineon's 3-phase evaluation boards.
