BTT3050EJ - First LSS family with HITFET™ 24V, up to 20 kHz PWM operation
The BTT3050EJ is a 50 mΩ single channel smart low-side power switch in a PG-TDSO-8 exposed package with built-in protection features. This 24 V high-speed low-side switch is capable of PWM drive up to 20kHz and together with the BTT3018EJ completes the HITFET™ + 24V family.

The DD170N36K is a rectifier diode module in a 34 mm package with a withstand voltage of 3600 V and a continuous current of 170 A. The package features pressure contact with an insulated copper baseplate. Customers designing medium-voltage drives can benefit from a smaller footprint, with a 34mm package instead of a 50mm and a voltage rating of 3600V.

BGT60ATR24C: XENSIV™ 60 GHz Radar for Automotive Sensors
The XENSIV™ BGT60ATR24C is an automotive 60GHz radar sensor that enables ultra-wideband FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) operation in a small package. Sensor configuration and data acquisition is done through a digital interface, and an integrated state machine enables independent data acquisition and power mode optimization for low power consumption.
Evaluation board for 650 V TRENCHSTOP™ 5 WR6 IGBT: EVAL-PFC5KIKWWR6SYS
The EVAL-PFC5KIKWR6SYS is an evaluation board for applications such as air conditioners and EV chargers. Includes TRENCHSTOP™ 5 WR6 (IKWH40N65WR6), EiceDRIVER™ gate driver IC (1ED44175N01B), fast diode (IDE), rapid diode (IDW60C65D1).
This product is a high-speed switching, analog control, 2ch interleaved 5 kW WPFC converter. A maximum efficiency of 97.8% is achievable. It also has the advantages of twice the switching frequency and half the ripple current compared to a single PFC cycle, which allows the inductor to be placed on the board.
