3A or 4A Highly Integrated PoL Single Output High Efficiency Buck Regulator Module with Inductor The TDM3883 / TDM3885 IPOL Power Module with Inductor is an easy-to-design, fully integrated 3A step-down converter. The compact design provides efficient load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The integrated inductor and capacitor reduce the number of external components and reduce board area by 80%. Therefore, the TMD3883/TDM3885 achieve higher power density while minimizing parasitic parameters.

EasyPACK™ and EasyDUAL™ power modules are leaded products with M1H technology evolved from the 1st generation CoolSiC™ MOSFET. The recommended VGS(on) 15 V to 18 V and VGS(off) 0 V to 5 V have greatly expanded the gate drive voltage range. It also extends the maximum gate-source voltage to +23 V and -10 V to cover overshoot and undershoot.
