Sensor - XENSIV™ PAS CO2 sensor
The XENSIV™ PAS CO2 sensor is an excellent carbon dioxide (CO2) sensor. The product is space-saving and offers high-end performance, such as direct ppm reading, to meet the most stringent indoor air quality regulations (such as California's Title 24) . It is also the first full-scale CO2 sensor in an SMD package that complies with the JEDEC standard lead-free reflow profile.
Target applications: demand-controlled ventilation, commercial and residential HVAC, indoor air quality monitoring, smart agriculture, etc.
Gate Driver - EiceDRIVER™ 2ED4820-EM Automotive Smart High Side MOSFET Gate Driver
This product is a 2-output smart high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver controlled by SPI. Compared to conventional products, the turn-on and turn-off performance of the driver has been enhanced, and even with an increased number of MOSFETs, it is possible to control large currents on the order of hundreds of amps while ensuring high-speed switching on/off capability. The MOSFETs can be operated in a back-to-back configuration and integrated current-sense amplifiers allow high-side and low-side current monitoring. Parameters can be adjusted via SPI, and registers such as monitoring data can be read.
Target applications: battery protection switches, input protection switches, static loads and power switches that require large currents, etc.
Gate Driver - MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 3-Phase Motor Control Gate Driver IC for BLDC Motors
The MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 is Infineon's latest 3-phase motor control gate driver IC, enabling the development of high-performance battery-powered products using BLDC and PMSM motors. Ideal for applications such as cordless power tools, garden supplies, and automated guided vehicles. The MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 is configurable with over 50 parameters using its built-in digital SPI interface, allowing it to drive a wide variety of MOSFETs and maximize system efficiency.

Evaluation Board - EVAL_6EDL7141_TRAP_1SH
This product is an evaluation board operated by a motor with built-in Hall sensors for rotor position detection. It combines the XMC1400 series microcontroller with the MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 three-phase smart driver IC and best-in-class Infineon OptiMOS™ 6 power MOSFETs. It has become a product. The MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 reduces system component count and shortens development time while significantly improving power density, system performance and peak power pulse capability.

Automotive MOSFET- OptiMOS™ 5 New Products - IAUZ40N06S5L050 & IAUC41N06S5N102
The new OptiMOS™ 5 technology for 60 V MOSFETs offers state-of-the-art performance with low RDS(on), QG and gate capacitance. Additionally, it minimizes conduction and switching losses. Two new products join the existing product family: S3O8 (3x3mm2) and SingleSS08 (5x6mm2) in industry-standard small packages.

MOSFET- OptiMOS™ 5 Power MOSFET - 150V, TO-Leadless Package
Infineon is extending its 150 V OptiMOS™ 5 power MOSFET portfolio to include TO-Leadless packages. The TOLL package enables high current designs, high power density and low EMI. Its features make it ideal for applications such as small electric vehicles, e-scooters, hot-swap and battery management systems.
Target Applications: Light Electric Vehicles (LEV), Battery Powered Applications, POL, Telecom, Electronic Fuse (e-fuse), etc.
Regulator - OptiMOS™ with fast COT engine
The product family features a fast COT engine that improves Vout limits, saves capacitors, allows higher fsw (up to 2MHz) and increases integration. OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs deliver benchmark efficiency in a small footprint in thermally constrained applications with mains voltages of 3.3 V and 5 V, 1 V core voltage, Tamb ≥ 85°C without airflow , making it an ideal solution for reducing power losses and solving thermal challenges.

LNA- High Bandwidth, High Performance LNA BGA9H1BN6 with Power Save Mode
The BGA9H1BN6 is designed for 4G and 5G applications covering the 3GPP band from 2.5 to 2.7 GHz (band n41). This LNA greatly improves system sensitivity compared to traditional LNAs due to its high gain and ultra-low noise figure. A GPIO interface also allows easy control of multiple operating modes. You can choose from 4 modes including power saving mode. In addition, a low power mode with a current consumption of 2.2 mA and an operating voltage of 1.2 V keeps the overall power consumption extremely low.

It supports HYPERBUS™ and Octal xSPI interfaces that conform to the JEDEC xSPI standard, supports a maximum read/write bandwidth of 400MBps in DDR mode, and features the industry's smallest 24-ball BGA package (6mm x 8mm). .
