New common mode choke with ferrite core structure reduces radiated noise and achieves excellent EMI suppression performance
Riverside, Calif. — October 15, 2025 — Bourns, a leading manufacturer of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions, has announced the release of the SRF1709 model, a high-inductance common mode choke. This new product features a ferrite toroidal core, providing an effective solution for power line noise reduction by reducing radiated noise.
The RF1709 features a high inductance of 3.5mH, a current rating of 2.5A, and an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C. These advanced features effectively suppress EMI from both input and output directions within the system, making it ideal for consumer, industrial, and other electronic device designs.
The Bourns® SRF1709 Common Mode Choke is currently available and is RoHS compliant(※1) and halogen-free(※2).
