This series utilizes Bourns' proprietary metal alloy powder core, supporting high currents up to 11A without saturating and providing stable operation in high-temperature environments. Compliant with AEC-Q200 automotive standards, the SRP3220A series' high heat dissipation capacity and shielded structure effectively suppress magnetic field radiation. The SRP3220A series' performance meets the demanding temperature conditions of automotive applications, improving system performance, thermal stability, and reliability. This makes Bourns' latest power inductors a cost-effective and highly reliable solution for power management across a wide range of automotive systems.

The SRP3220A series is offered in a space-saving, low-profile form factor and supports a wide operating temperature range of −55°C to +150°C. Featuring a metal alloy powder core and flat wire construction, the series delivers extremely low DC resistance (DCR) compared to similarly sized shielded power inductors. The low-profile footprint also reduces the footprint on the printed circuit board (PCB), providing designers with flexibility to integrate additional functionality or address limited space requirements.

The Bourns® SRP3220A series power resistors are currently available and are RoHS compliant.
