Riverside, Calif.—July 24, 2025—Bourns, a leading manufacturer of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions, introduces the SRP4020T series of shielded power inductors. This series features an advanced carbonyl powder core with excellent thermal stability and magnetic properties, ensuring stable performance even in harsh environments. The shielded construction effectively suppresses magnetic interference, improving EMC (electromagnetic compatibility).
The SRP4020T series is offered in a compact (4.45mm x 4.0mm), low-profile (1.8mm) package and is capable of operating at temperatures up to +150°C, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. With an inductance range of 0.47µH to 10µH, this series offers lower DC resistance (DCR) than comparable shielded inductors, helping to reduce power losses and improve overall system efficiency. The SRP4020T series is suitable for consumer electronics and various power supply circuit applications.
