Latest additions expand MF-USHT family's holding current range, increase maximum voltage and extend operating temperature range to +125°C

RIVERSIDE, Calif. -- January 13, 2025 -- Bourns, a leading manufacturer of electronic components for power, protection and sensing solutions, announces nine new additions to its Multifuse® MF-USHT surface mount PPTC resettable fuse series. These latest additions are AEC-Q200 compliant and expand the holding current (Ihold) range up to 2.0A, increase the maximum voltage (Vmax) to 36VDC, and increase the maximum operating temperature to +125°C.

The new fuses in the MF-USHT series feature Bourns' innovative freeXpansion™ technology, which provides higher holding current, increased voltage and greater resistance stability in a more compact footprint. These advanced features are especially suited for overcurrent and overtemperature protection of electronic equipment that must operate at high temperatures.

Nine additional products to the Bourns® MF-USHT Series PPTC Resettable Fuse family are currently available and are RoHS compliant. Additionally, these products are UL/CSA/TÜV certified to meet safety standards. TÜV certification includes certification to IEC 62319-1 and IEC 60738-1, as well as Clause 15, Clause 17 and Appendix J of IEC 60730-1:2013. These products are manufactured in Bourns' IATF 16949 certified facility.
