New AEC-Q200 Qualified Automotive Inductors Offer Superior Current Rating and Inductance Design Versatility Available in Parallel, Series, Dual Inductor or Transformer Configurations

Riverside, Calif. -- January 9, 2025 -- Bourns, a leading manufacturer of electronic components for power, protection and sensing solutions, introduces the wirewound shielded power inductor series, SRF0703HA. Bourns' new AEC-Q200 qualified automotive power inductors can be used in parallel, series, dual inductor or transformer configurations, providing designers with superior current rating and inductance versatility. Additionally, the single package dual winding inductor provides a space-saving, cost-effective solution compared to using two separate inductors.

Providing an excellent solution for Single-Ended Primary-Side Inductance Converter (SEPIC) topologies, automotive systems and power supplies, the SRF0703HA series features a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. These power inductors are magnetically shielded and offer low emissions, which is especially important for applications that must adhere to noise requirements.

The Bourns® Dual Wound Shielded Power Inductor series SRF0703HA is currently available and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
