Analog Devices' RF MEMS switches leverage decades of research and innovative proprietary technology to provide a compact, high-bandwidth alternative to traditional relay approaches. RF MEMS switches are based on market experience and offer switching solutions from 0Hz (DC) to 14GHz with two dies. In addition, the low voltage/constant current driver IC realizes a highly reliable MEMS switch. The driver ICs are compatible with standard CMOS logic drive voltages while consuming low power. It uses a compact and easy-to-use (5 x 4 mm) LFCSP package.
