LTM3360B: 5-Vinyl, 33A High-Density Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulator (Integrated I2C and Capacitor)

The LTM3360B is a high-current, high-density, low-voltage step-down power μModule® regulator optimized for high-output current applications. It supports an input voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V and intermediate bus voltages (IBV) of 5V ±10% or 3.3V ±10%. With parallel 33A current outputs and multi-phase operation stacked in a main/slave device configuration, it can supply over 1000A. Furthermore, it achieves a regulated output voltage of as low as 0.3V using a current-mode architecture that supports very high frequencies and short on-times. The output voltage can be set by selecting an appropriate feedback signal resistor divider.

MAX77726 / MAX77727: 22V, 3A Synchronous Step-Down Converter (with Ultrasonic Mode)

The MAX77726/MAX77727 provides power supply solutions for ultra-low power applications where size and efficiency are critical. It features 4.6A inductor peak current protection and can deliver output currents up to 3A.

The MAX77726's output voltage can be logically set to four specific output voltages via the VSEL pin. Intuitive control is possible through the setting of the physical enable and mode pins.

The output voltage of the MAX77727 can be programmed via I2C. Mode switching is also possible and can be selected via the I2C interface and status reading.

The LT7176 / LT7176-1 is a monolithic PolyPhase DC/DC synchronous buck regulator capable of continuously outputting up to 24A of current. The LT7176-1 option features two switching phases, connected to two inductors to drive a single regulated output power supply. Its fast, clean, and low-overshoot switching edge ensures high efficiency while minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions. 2 The C-based PMBus 1.3 compliant serial interface allows for control of device functions while providing telemetry information for system monitoring. LT80602 / LT80603: 3V to 65V, 2.5A/3.5A synchronous rectification step-down silent switcher with 8μA quiescent current.

The LT8060x is a Silent Switcher. ® This family of buck regulators features a silent switcher architecture, achieving high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz while minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions. The LT80602 can supply up to 2.5A of continuous current, and the LT80603 up to 3.5A. With an extremely low quiescent current of 8μA when the output is fully regulated, it is suitable for applications requiring maximum efficiency at light loads. The EN/UV pins allow for setting high-precision enable thresholds, and the RT pin resistor allows for programming the switching frequency.

AD5706R: A 4-channel, 16-bit current-output DAC with built-in reference and SPI.

The AD5706R is a 4-channel, 16-bit resolution, low-noise, current-output programmable digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This device is ideal for applications such as photonic control and current-mode biasing. It features a 2.5V voltage reference, load DAC, A/B toggle, and dithering capabilities. An integrated multiplexer allows monitoring of supply voltage, output voltage, output current, and internal die temperature.

The AD5706R supports multiple programmable output current ranges (up to 300mA). Addressable pins allow up to four devices to communicate by sharing a single SPI bus.

AD5710R: 8-channel, 16-bit, configurable IDAC/VDAC with built-in reference.

The AD5710R features eight DAC channels that can be individually configured as current output digital-to-analog converters (IDACs) or voltage output digital-to-analog converters (VDACs). The AD5710R includes a built-in 2.5V, 3ppm/°C reference. When the AD5710R's output is configured as an IDAC, the output current range is 0mA to 50mA. When configured as a VDAC, the output voltage range is 0V to VREF, or 0V to 2 x VREF.
