ADE9113/ADE9112/ADE9103: Isolated Σ-Δ A/D Converters with SPI

The ADE9103/ADE9112/ADE9113 are precision simultaneous sampling Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) used for DC and shunt-based polyphase energy metering applications. The ADE9113 integrates safety-certified galvanic isolation of signals and power, and three fully differential 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC channels that can be sampled simultaneously. The ADE9112 has two fully differential Σ-Δ ADC channels for isolated applications where only one voltage channel is required. The ADE9103 is a nonisolated three-channel Σ-Δ ADC. It is used for applications where isolation is not required, such as neutral line measurements. The ADE9103/ADE9112/ADE9113 each have a high gain current channel that is ideal for use with a shunt resistor as a current sensor. Multiple ADE9103/ADE9112/ADE9113 devices can be synchronized to sample simultaneously and provide coherent outputs.

MAX40109: Precision Signal Conditioning AFE for Pressure Sensor Applications

The MAX40109 is a low-power, high-precision sensor interface SoC that includes a precision programmable analog front-end (AFE), AD converter, calibration memory and digital signal processing. It also includes a DA converter with output buffer that supports analog voltage output and 4mA~20mA current loop. It is designed for sensor applications such as strain gauge, pressure, force and temperature.

ADPA9007: DC to 28 GHz, GaAs, pHEMT, 2 W Power Amplifier

The ADPA9007 is a 2 W RF power amplifier that operates from DC to 28 GHz. The RF input and output are internally matched and DC coupled. The ADPA9007 includes an integrated temperature compensated RF power detector and an integrated temperature sensor. The ADPA9007 provides 12.5 dB of gain, 33 dBm of OP1dB output power, and 45 dBm of OIP3 from 2 GHz to 16 GHz. It operates from a typical supply voltage of 15 V and has a typical quiescent bias current of 500 mA, which is adjustable. The ADPA9007 is fabricated in a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) process.

The ADR1001 is a fully integrated, ultralow drift, buried Zener precision voltage reference solution on a single chip. TMCM-1690: Single-axis FOC servo controller gate driver module

The TMCM-1690-TMCL is a single-axis FOC servo controller gate driver module for 3-phase brushless direct current (BLDC) and DC motors with up to 1.5A gate drive current and +60V (+48V nominal) power supply. The ADES1754/ADES1755/ADES1756 are flexible data acquisition systems for managing high and low voltage battery modules. With a fully redundant measurement engine, the system can measure 14 cell voltages and a combination of 6 temperature/system voltage measurements in 162μs, or all inputs in 99μs using only the ADC measurement engine. 14 internal balancing switches rated to operate at over 300mA accommodate cell balancing currents and support extensive built-in diagnostics. Up to 32 devices can be daisy-chained to manage 448 cells and monitor 192 temperatures.

The LT7170/LT7170-1 are monolithic DC/DC synchronous step-down regulators that deliver up to 20A of continuous output current. The LT7170-1 option has two switching phases connected to two inductors to drive a single regulated output supply. Fast, clean, low overshoot switching edges provide high efficiency while minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions. An IC-based PMBus1.3 compliant serial interface allows control of device functions while providing telemetry information for system monitoring. LT8418: 100V Half-Bridge GaN Driver with Smart Bootstrap Switch

The LT8418 is a 100V half-bridge GaN driver that integrates top and bottom driver stages, driver logic control and protection. It can be configured as a synchronous half-bridge, full-bridge topology, or buck/boost/buck-boost topologies. The LT8418 has strong current sourcing and sinking capabilities with 0.6Ω pull-up and 0.2Ω pull-down resistors. The LT8418 also incorporates an integrated smart bootstrap switch that generates a balanced bootstrap voltage from VCC with minimum dropout voltage.

ADF4378: Microwave Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO and Deterministic General Purpose Pulse Retimer

The ADF4378 is a high performance, ultralow jitter integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) with an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and system reference (SYSREF) retimer. It is ideal for data converter and mixed-signal front-end (MxFE) clock applications. This high performance PLL has a normalized in-band phase noise floor of −239 dBc/Hz, ultralow 1/f noise, and high phase/frequency detector (PFD) frequency, resulting in extremely low in-band noise and integrated jitter. The ADF4378's basic VCO and output divider generate frequencies from 800 MHz to 12.8 GHz. The ADF4378 includes all necessary power supply bypass capacitors, saving board space on compact boards.
