If your home security camera is hacked, your privacy may be violated. If remote-controlled vehicles or medical devices are illegally copied, people's safety may be threatened. Furthermore, attacks by IoT botnets may disrupt the entire infrastructure and affect national security. As more devices are connected to the network, security risks such as these cases are increasing year by year. To address these risks, international standards such as IEC62243 and even a European law called CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) have been established.

Nowadays, there is a demand for stronger security even when products are embedded in infrastructure, and manufacturers need to design products with enhanced security to ensure that customers are not exposed to security risks via their products.

In this seminar, we will introduce what kind of security functions can be realized with FPGAs, which can be the main chip of products. We hope that this will be useful for manufacturers in implementing security functions.
