Product Summary
The ACS37017 is a Hall effect current sensor designed for high-precision current measurement in high-speed applications. Its wide bandwidth of 750kHz makes it ideal for high-speed control loops, and its performance compensation technology and differential sensing architecture minimize the influence of external magnetic fields, ensuring stable performance even in noisy environments.
Pre-calibrated at the factory, it requires no user programming, providing high measurement accuracy and stability across temperature variations, and simplifying system design. It also features a highly isolated SOICW-16 package with a VREF output supporting differential wiring, optimized to meet the demanding requirements of automotive and industrial equipment.
Product features
- High-precision current detection with a sensitivity error of ±0.55% (typical value).
- Low noise performance with an offset error of ±3mV across temperature changes and throughout the product's lifespan.
- Achieves a wide bandwidth of 750kHz and a fast response of typically 1µs.
- Features a zero-current voltage reference (VREF) output that enables differential signal routing even in noisy environments.
- It employs a low-resistance 0.85mΩ SOICW-16 package and supports a voltage withstand capability of 5000VRMS and enhanced isolation of ±800VPK / 565VRMS.
Target application
- DC-DC converter
- Onboard Car Charger (OBC)
- Server Power Supply
- Residential Microinverter / String Inverter
