Product Summary
The CT815X series of Tunneling Magneto-Resistance (TMR) analog sensors are designed for consumer and industrial equipment.
Based on Allegro Microsystems' patented Magnetic Logic Unit (MLU) technology and integrated GMOS process, providing a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance, the CT815X analog sensor also features XtremeSense performance, providing stable magnetic operation over temperature changes.
The CT8150 is also offered in an industry standard 3-lead SOT-23 package, and the CT8152 is offered in a 5-lead SOT23 package to support high volume manufacturing. Both the CT8150 and CT8152 are also available in a 4-lead LGA package for applications requiring a very small form factor and low profile.
The CT8152 is a TMR sensor that combines both analog and digital output in a single chip. It achieves extremely low current consumption of 1.3 μA in analog output mode and 150 nA in digital output mode, making it ideal for battery-powered products that require minimal power consumption.
