Product Summary

The ACS37010 and ACS37012 are high accuracy, 450kHz fully integrated Hall effect current sensors in a fused-lead SOIC-6 package with the same footprint as a standard SOIC-8. The ACS37010 features a zero current voltage reference (V _REF) output pin for use in noisy power environments, and the ACS37012 features an overcurrent fault output pin. Current flows through an internal conductor coupled to the Hall sensor IC, generating a magnetic field. There is no physical connection between the current and the IC, providing high isolation, and it is sensed differentially by the two Hall plates, reducing external common-mode magnetic fields.

The sensors are factory trimmed to provide high accuracy over the full operating temperature range without customer programming.The ACS37010 and ACS37012 are offered in an LZ fused-lead SOIC-6 package, providing 420V _RMS reinforced insulation and up to 840V _RMS basic insulation in a more compact and cost-effective package compared to the equivalent SOICW-16 package.The LZ package provides lower conductor resistance and supports higher isolation compared to the standard SOIC-8 package.
