What is ELDRS in space equipment development?

Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitivity (ELDRS) is a TID phenomenon.
This is device degradation caused by low dose-rate irradiation, especially in bipolar and BiCMOS IC components, and it has been found that irradiation with the same total dose (TID) can cause greater damage than high dose rates.
In addition, ELDRS evaluation is also included in several official documents that describe the requirements and procedures for TID testing, and the importance of ELDRS evaluation has been increasing in recent years.
