How can I check the status of my shipment?

You can check the shipping status of your ordered product on the member's page (My Mouser).

How to check shipping status

(1) Login to My Mouser (What is My Mouser?)

(2) Click “Account and Orders” > “Order History” on the top page

Log in to MyMouser from the Macnica-Mouser top page and click Order History.

(3) Check the "Real-time order status" column from the order history list.
