The USB3.0 Type-C PD Card is a USB3.0 Type-C evaluation daughter card compliant with Intel® High-Speed Mezzanine Card (HSMC).
The card features Cypress® EZ-USB FX3™ SuperSpeed USB3.0 Controller and EZ-PD™ CCG3 Type-C Power Delivery Port Controller and plugs into an Intel® FPGA Evaluation Board with HSMC By doing so, it is possible to evaluate USB3.0 data transfer with Type-C connector, DisplayPort Alternete Mode, and 100W Power Delivery.
The Intel® FPGA evaluation board has been verified to work with Mpression Sodia with Cyclone® V SoC FPGA.
