Wurth Electronics Energy Harvesting Demo Kit "Gleanergy"

If you are having trouble with energy harvesting application design! "Gleanergy"

Wurth Electronics' energy harvesting evaluation kit "Gleanergy" is a kit that can generate electric energy from natural energy such as light, heat, vibration, stress/strain, and high-strength AC magnetic field, and supply power to wireless sensor nodes. These alternative energy sources extend the life of the battery onboard the kit and allow the kit to continue operating when its life has expired.

"Gleanergy" has a thermoelectric conversion element and a solar cell on board. The radio board also features an Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor with SmartMesh IP networking software from Analog Devices. The evaluation software GUI is provided free of charge in the evaluation environment, and programs can be created using IAR Embedded Workbench.

It is also possible to upload a program created using the JTAG debugger or the Eterna serial program. The E-Ink display makes it easy to understand the operating status of the board.

This evaluation kit is equipped with a power supply for energy harvesting manufactured by Analog Devices and a wireless IC that constructs a mesh network.

Gleanergy consists of two boards, DC2321A board and DC2344A board.
Below are the details of each board.

Introduction of DC2321A board -Dust application evaluation board with E-Ink display-

"DC2321A" is an evaluation kit equipped with Analog Devices LTP5901 SmartMesh PCB module. It uses an Arm® Cortex® -M3 processor with embedded SmartMesh IP networking software.
