"TPD1E01B04EVM" module ready for evaluation
The TPD1E01B04EVM evaluation module allows evaluation of the TPD1E01B04 ESD protection diode for USB Type-C and Thunderbolt 3.
This evaluation module contains six TPD1E01B04 devices.
Five TPD1E01B04 (D1-D5) are configured as test points for inputting ESD. The remaining TPD1E01B04 (D6) has two SMA connectors and can be connected to a network analyzer (high frequency measurement equipment).
The TPD1E01B04 (D6) can also be used to acquire clamped waveforms with an oscilloscope during ESD testing.
