What are CiP-1 and CC3200 Mod LaunchPad in the first place?

"CC3200MOD LaunchPad" (red board) is a Wi-Fi microcomputer evaluation kit from Texas Instruments. In addition, the "CiP-1" (green board) is equipped with sensors necessary for environmental measurement, and can be used by setting it to the "CC3200MOD LaunchPad".
