InnoSwitch5-Pro - Single-chip switcher with USB PD extended power range support (Video length: approx. 3 minutes)
The InnoSwitch5-Pro is a flyback switcher IC that natively supports the USB PD 3.0 Extended Power Range (EPR) protocol.
This device delivers up to 220W of power output and up to 95% efficiency, and supports zero-voltage switching (ZVS) without the need for expensive high-voltage MOSFETs. It also integrates a 750V or 900V PowiGaN primary switch, FluxLink isolated feedback, and a secondary controller with an I²C interface.
