Design Example RDK-1054Q: 120W Automotive Power Supply using 1700V InnoSwitch3-AQ and a Planar Transformer (Video Length: Approx. 3 minutes)
The RDK-1054Q is an ultra-thin 120W power supply solution designed for 800V battery electric vehicles (BEVs). It can be used as a small DC-DC converter or as a replacement for a 12V battery. It features an InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switching IC with a 1700V-compatible SiC switch and a wide creep distance, contributing to improved overall system reliability. Furthermore, its slim planar transformer, with a board height of just 20.6mm, enables a space-saving design.
