Design example DER-715: 24W multi-output flyback for monitors using InnoMux2-BL (video length: approx. 4 minutes)
The DER-715 is an evaluation board for a 24W power supply for PC monitors. It features a 5V CV output and four independently adjustable CC outputs for LED strings. The unique single-stage flyback architecture achieves 3% regulation for all outputs without the need for an additional DC-DC converter. This is made possible exclusively by Power Integrations' InnoMux2-BL switch ICs.
