In recent years, there has been a growing demand for smaller size and lower power consumption in mobile devices, including smartphones, as well as for higher functionality. In this context, CSP (Chip Scale Package) MOSFETs, which achieve reduced mounting area and lower power loss, have been adopted in a variety of products equipped with lithium-ion batteries and have a strong track record in the market.

Furthermore, in the automotive industry, miniaturization and weight reduction of the entire system have become important development themes due to the shift towards electric vehicles (EVs), advancements in autonomous driving technology, and the increasing number of in-vehicle electronic devices. Against this backdrop, there is a growing movement to deploy CSP MOSFETs, which have become popular for mobile devices, to automotive applications.

This video explains the features of Nuvoton Technology's CSP MOSFETs, including miniaturization, low on-resistance, high heat dissipation, and high reliability, and introduces target markets and adoption records. It also explains application examples in automotive equipment, including in-car audio systems, proposals that contribute to miniaturization of applications, and the product lineup.

If you are involved in power supply design for automotive or battery-powered devices, or if you are looking for small, highly efficient MOSFET solutions, please watch this video.
