The Intel® Cyclone® V SoC Development Kit provides a design environment for rapid development of custom ARM® processor-based SoC designs utilizing Intel's low-cost, low-power Cyclone V FPGA fabric. The kit supports a variety of features including:
- Processor and FPGA prototyping and power measurement
- Industrial networking protocol
- Motor control application*
- Acceleration of image/video processing applications*
- PCI Express® (PCIe®) x4 lanes (Endpoint or Root Port) with transfer rates up to 1,000 Mbps
*Application-specific daughtercards for various I/O and interface standards are available separately.
