In a previous article, "Let's use LTspice - Check the IV characteristics of a transistor (Short Video)", you performed a simulation using the files in the Educational folder and confirmed the IV characteristics of the transistor.

This time, using the same file, I put together a short video on how to check the temperature characteristics of a transistor.

Check the temperature characteristics using the .step temp command!

This time, using the curvetrace.asc file in the Educational folder, I summarized the contents of checking the temperature characteristics of the transistor by the step temp command in a short video.

The only models that can check the temperature characteristics are transistors and diodes. Please note that Analog Devices IC, capacitor and inductor models do not support analysis of temperature characteristics.

*Short videos are explained with subtitles, so you can check the contents even in environments where sound cannot be produced.
