Support browsing service for maintenance service users and partners
This is a support browsing service exclusively for users who have subscribed to maintenance services for Radware products and sales partners.
An ID and password are required for use.
- Your account will be the email address you registered with.
- If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
- Old support site accounts cannot be used.
- Even if you have previously registered for support browsing with another product, you will need to register for a Radware account, so please apply for browsing registration below.
- Please note that users who have subscribed to the maintenance service will be canceled if they do not renew after one month from the expiration of the maintenance contract.

Maintenance service
Each Radware product series undergoes incoming and outgoing inspections at the Network Service Section, and only products that pass the inspection are shipped to customers. We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that hardware fails or software malfunctions, we ask that you subscribe to the following maintenance service.

Radware Certainty Support (annual)
Each product series of Radware is equipped with dedicated software for each hardware, and is designed so that new functions can be added by upgrading the software.
In the first year of purchase, support is free of charge only for customers who have registered as users, but after the next year, the service will be charged.
If you apply for this Certainty Support, you will be able to obtain and use software with the latest functions in the future as many times as you like within the contract period (1 year contract).
Also, even if the software causes a problem, if the software is supported by the manufacturer, you can obtain a corrected version later for free.

In addition to the content of Certainty Support, this service provides on-site support in the event of a failure. After confirming the failure of the equipment subject to maintenance, engineers from the nearest 130 service centers nationwide will visit the failure site and carry out recovery work by replacing the failed product with a substitute on-site. You can choose from two types of service hours: 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
*Depending on the alternative device, replacement work may occur twice.

* AppDirector 108 (product number: 19038106) has already been discontinued on March 31, 2015, but the support end date will be the same period as above.
1-4. Macnica networks software + on-site support period
Due to the end of manufacturer support above, we will end the software and on-site maintenance service for the target model on the following date.

(December 15, 2022 is the final renewal deadline for the maintenance contract.)
